Allstate International Assignment Ltd. (AIA) was established in 2001 for the purpose of accepting periodic payment obligations. Using AIA facilitates assignments of cases that do not qualify for assignment under IRC Section 130.  These periodic payment obligations include, but are not limited to:

AIA is domiciled in Barbados and its transactions are regulated and governed by the Taxation Treaty between the United States and Barbados. 

Ward, Patel & Company, Chartered Accountants, conduct independent annual financial audits of AIA, which are reviewed, verified and approved by AIA’s Board of DirectorsAIA is similarly audited for Sarbanes Oxley compliance purposes annually.
